Parkway Volunteer Application Form

REMINDER: To volunteer as a chaperone for any marching band events this season, you must complete this Parkway volunteer application. You must complete the form once per school year. So if you completed it before July 1, 2018, it's time to apply again! 
 

Once you've completed the application, feel free to sign up for any and all chaperone opportunities. Signup Genius links for each competition were listed in this week's Spirit Notes, so check your email! 

Uniform components order due TODAY (8/8/18)

Orders for marching shoes, polos, gloves and other required and optional items are due NOW! The last opportunity to submit these orders is Wednesday evening (8/8/18) before practice ends. More details available here: https://www.smore.com/5z6jq-band-wear-orders-due-now

URGENT: Band Camp Volunteers Needed!

We still need several more parent volunteers to make band camp a success for our musicians this year! Our most urgent needs are Thursday morning for set up and Sunday for tear down & clean up. We are currently short drivers for our equipment trucks on Thursday and Sunday as well. (P.S. You don't have to have a special license for our trucks and we drive in pairs.) Volunteering at band camp is a great way to see your student's progress and meet other parents- especially valuable when your student needs a ride!
